Today, I went cycling for exercise. 

The weather was cold, and the wind was strong as well.

 At first, my hands and face felt numb, but after a while, my body warmed up. The fresh air was refreshing, and I enjoyed the quiet roads. Cycling is a great way to stay active, even in winter. I remember cycling in Ghibli Park(formaly Morikoro Park) 7years ago.

The hardest part is starting, but once I get moving, I always feel better. After the ride, I had a hot drink to warm up. It was a good workout!
