職業がら、常に自分の担当患者が自分の休みの時にも入院していることが多く、勿論仲間に依頼していくも、

完全に連絡なく1週間過ごしたのは初めてでした。 というか心配性の自分。 持ち場を1週間開ける事が不安だったのかもしれません。 消化器関連の科が独立したこともあり、呼吸器なのに消化器科の仕事もせざるを得ず、大晦日にカメラ処置ができる医師が自分しか存在せず、酔っているのに、当番でもないのに呼び出された事もしばしば。 そんな生活をしていた時期があります。年間40日ある有休休暇を満足にとったことがなく、取らないと自動消滅する事を何も感じなかった自分。数日迄の不在はあっても完全に1週間不在になったのは初めて。一時的だとは思いますが、今期は少し診療科の仲間が増えてある意味楽になっています。 3連休前日の8月9日~3連休をはさんで3日間の夏季休暇+1日の有休をとり、7日間完全なる休暇でした。 ありがたい。

 



本来なら旅行に行くべきでありますが、孫が3人もいると、その帰省を楽しみする年代。 そう意味で帰省してくれる子供たちがいる事はうれしい事です。 せっかくの休み、沢山走る事もできましたが、暑さもあり、無理しない事にしました。

8月9日;蒸し暑い中の朝ラン 台湾サンダル黄色 10.3㎞ ave5'48

8月10日: チームメンバーの岩見沢ー砂川ランの逆走コースに一部混ざっての ラン。

     一人で9㎞ ave6’00

     往復で16㎞ 暑くてヘロヘロ ave6’53

8月10日:久しぶりの #ミズノネオビスタ 5㎞ ave5’17

8月12日、13日は 家族キャンプで休足。

8月14日: 2+1㎞ でやめる。 孫と噴水で水浴び

8月15日(夏季休暇最終日):7.0㎞ ave5:35

 

暑いのもありますが、夏季休暇のランはひどい内容でした。 走りすぎな事もあり良い休息となったと思う事にしました。

朝は曇っていて、23度位でしたので意外と頑張ったランでしたが、 心拍が高すぎ。 

気温30度で頑張る自信はないと言わざるを得ませんが、5時間切りの完走が北海道マラソンの目標になる感じがします。 まあそれも悪くないと思っています。 この土日の目標は明日が15㎞、明後日は速めの10㎞かな。

  




記録的大暴落した日経平均、だいぶ戻ってきましたね。 評価損益が1日で-になったときは少し焦りましたが、少額・長期・つみたての小市民投資なので、評価損益も 8割方戻り、ほっとしています。

 

北海道マラソンは台湾サンダル 黒>黄色> メタスピードエッジパリ=マジックスピード4 での参加予定。さてどうなるかな。

出たばかりの マジックスピード4が 定価:18700円が、14177円でAmazonで購入。8/17朝の12㎞走で試し履きしたところ、評判通りの履き心地でした。  調子が悪いからかな。 どの靴で走るかまだ決めてません。

 

 





 

Due to my profession, it's common for my assigned patients to be hospitalized even during my days off. Of course, I would ask my colleagues to cover for me, but it was the first time I spent a whole week without any contact. I guess I'm a worrier. Perhaps I was anxious about leaving my post for a week. With the gastrointestinal department becoming independent, I had to handle gastrointestinal work despite being a respiratory specialist. There were times when I had to perform endoscopic procedures on New Year's Eve because I was the only available doctor, even though I was off duty and intoxicated. I've lived through such a period. I've never taken all 40 days of annual paid leave and never felt the need to use them before they expired. Although I've been absent for a few days at a time, this was the first time I was completely absent for a week. I think it's temporary, but this term has become a bit easier with the addition of some colleagues in the medical department. I took a 3-day summer vacation plus 1 day of paid leave, sandwiched between the day before a 3-day weekend and the 3-day weekend, resulting in a complete 7-day vacation. I'm grateful for that. Ideally, I should have gone on a trip, but at my age, I look forward to my grandchildren's visits. It's a joy to have children who come to visit. I could have run a lot during my break, but due to the heat, I decided not to push myself. August 8: 6.2 km in black Taiwan sandals after the rain, average 5'29. August 9: Morning run in the humid weather, 10.3 km in yellow Taiwan sandals, average 5'48. August 10: Joined part of the reverse course of the run from Iwamizawa to Sapporo with team members. Ran 9 km alone, average 6'00. Round trip of 16 km, feeling exhausted due to the heat, average 6'53. August 10: After a long time, ran 5 km in #MizunoNeovista, average 5'17. August 12 and 13: Rested with family camping. August 14: Stopped at 2+1 km, played in the fountain with grandchildren. August 15 (last day of summer vacation): 7.0 km, average 5:35. It was a tough summer vacation run due to the heat. I decided it was a good rest, considering that I had overdone it. August 16 (Friday: Sorry, another 2-day weekend starting tomorrow): 6 km threshold run in #MetaspeedEdgeParis, average 4'55. Plus a 4 km cooldown. It was surprisingly tough as it was cloudy in the morning and around 23 degrees, but my heart rate was too high. I have to admit that I don't have the confidence to push myself in 30-degree weather, but it feels like finishing the Hokkaido Marathon in under 5 hours is becoming a goal. Well, I think that's not bad either. My goal for this weekend is 15 km tomorrow and a faster 10 km the day after. The Nikkei average, which had a record drop, has recovered quite a bit. I was a little anxious when my unrealized gains and losses turned negative in a day, but as a small, long-term, and accumulating investor, about 80% of the unrealized gains and losses have been recovered, and I feel relieved. For the Hokkaido Marathon, I plan to participate in black Taiwan sandals > yellow > Metaspeed Edge Paris = Magic Speed 4. I wonder how it will turn out. I bought the newly released Magic Speed 4 for 14,177 yen on Amazon, which has a list price of 18,700 yen. I tried them on for a 12 km run on the morning of August 17, and they felt as comfortable as the reviews said. Maybe it's because I'm not feeling well. I haven't decided yet which shoes to run in.
