On the other hands,
there are needs to suppy wealth to someone
the person who didn't be in sick, does not take those problems in health seriously.
Most of them are those who has powers or much money,
And they might be afraid that if it doesn't work, or they get disadvantage or lost much money.
The head person might say,
" it's just an accident, not my fault. I'm not responsible for it."
" It's so difficult to expect because there are few cases happened before like this ( the same as this)"
But in fact something bad has happened, most people feel. Me too.
Maybe It's a time that we should solve or think about these kinds of issues.
