さきの日曜日,こちらの展覧会へ伺いました.
第二次世界大戦を経験された かこさとし さんは,未来を担う子供達がこの世界を正しく知り豊かな感性と共生の心を育まれる事を願い,絵本作家になられました.
会場には,絵本に親しみ育まれた嘗ての少年少女とその親御さんや今の少年少女やその親御さんなどが訪れていて,どなたのお顔も笑顔に溢れていました.
素敵な展覧会をありがとうございました.
Satoshi Kako Exhibition "What He Wanted To Tell Children" at Bunkamura The Museum.

I visited this exhibition last Sunday. Satoshi Kako, who experienced World War II, became a picture book Artist in the hope that the children who will shoulder the responsibility of the future will know this world correctly and cultivate a rich sensibility and a spirit of coexistence. Boys and girls of old and their parents, who grew up with a familiarity with picture books, and boys and girls and their parents of today, all came to the venue and everyone was full of smiles.
