今日のランチ
は、
半田そうめんを使ったパスタを作りました
。
のど越しのよい
冷たいおそうめんを食べるのは、
ちょっと寒い
。
でも、
にゅうめんにする程
寒くもない。
だったら、
パスタがいい
I made somen noodle pasta
for today's lunch.
It was a little bit cool to eat cold somen noodle
and
it was not so cold to eat somen noodle in hot broth.
So, I made somen pasta.
半田そうめんは
徳島の名産で、
麺が太めで、
コシがあります
。
だから、
パスタにも使うことができるんですよ。
ちょっともっちりがいい感じ。
"Handa Somen" is one of Tokushima's famous products,
and the noodles are thick and chewy.
So it can be cooked like pasta.
実は
スパゲッティがちょっとしか残ってなくて、
追加で作ったんです。
スパゲッティは明太子と
半田そうめんは、パプリカとピーマンで
作ってみました。
美味しかった～
I only had a small portion of pasta.
That's why I cooked somen noodles as an additional dish today.
I made mentaiko pasta and somen needle pasta with fried papurika and green pepper.
It was yummy.
