My name is tiramisu, and I'm into
indigo dyeing now.
最近の食卓、
いつもと違う野菜
が
我が家に登場ちゅう
I buy unique vegetables these days
and enjoy cooking them.
それは
色鮮やかな
「紫野菜」
Especially,
I'm into purple vegetables.
今までは、
レストランで食べるもの
と、 思っていましたが、
近所のスーパーでも
手に入る事を
発見
I thought that they were the ingredients
used in dishes in a restaurant,
but
the coloful vegetables are sold at a suppermarket
near my apartment in Yokohama,
which I found lately.
昨日は、
紫ラッキョウを
見つけました。
お店の人も
珍しい～
レシピを一緒になって
ネットで検索
しちゃいました。
I found
purple rakkyou
yesterday!
Not only I but also the stuff at the shop
have never seen it before.
We both checked the recipe using it.
ラッキョウというと、
酢漬けかな～
。
でも、
漬けると紫いろがなくなりそう・・・
Pickling is popular,
but
I was afraid that it lost the beautiful color.
結局、
他の野菜とローストして
塩＆胡椒で
いただきました。
生だとピリッとしてますが、
あまみがでて
美味しかったです。
Finally,
I roasted the rakkyou and other vesibatles
with salt and pepper.
I enjoyed the beautiful color and sweet taste.
写真は、夜だったので撮ってないんです。
でも、
調理をする前に
撮影したので・・・
I was not able to take a picture of the dish,
