My name is tiramisu, and I'm into
indigo dyeing now.
週末は、
藤野
へ竹かご作りのワークショップに
主人と二人で参加。
Last weekend
my hubby and I joined a bamboo basket weaving workshop in Fujino.
2日間で作成する竹かご作成が
メインでしたが、
他に
森のメンテナンスとして
土砂で詰まった水の流れをよくする
お手伝いをしました
。
藤野の有機野菜を使った手作りのランチも
頂きました。
とっても美味しかった！
It was a two-day workshop, which included
a volunteer activity to maintain a forest.
We restored a water drain system there because the place was full of soil.
We were invited to have a delicious lunch
which was made by organic vegetables in Fujio.
宿泊は陣渓園。
一緒に参加された4人と
夕食を共にしました。
不思議なことに、
同じくらいの年代
。
似たようなテイストを持っていて、
話は、
竹かご
から、
環境のこと、
自然農法、
そして、自然との共存と、
盛り上がりました。
Some participants and we stayed at a local loadge, Jinkeien.
There, we had a chance to have dinner together
and talk about the activities we had dane,
then natural environment, natural farming and how to live with nature.
I was so glad that we were almost the same generation
and had similar interests..
メインの竹かご作りですが、
主人も私も
何度聞いても作り方を理解できず・・・
なんとかワークショップが終わるころに仕上がりました。
As for the workshop,
weaving a bamboo basket was surprisingly difficult for us.
It was too complicated for us to understand to weave bamboo sticks,
but
we managed to finish weaving the baskets in time.
