泊まったお宿は
お宿いちだ
This post is the sequel to a trip to Kamikochi
last month.
Ichida Inn was the place where we stayed
on our trip.
夕暮れ時に
貸切露天風呂
にほっと。
お宿の晩御飯
。
飛騨牛の陶板焼き
、
イワナの刺身
アマゴの塩焼き
・・・
There was an open-air spa at the inn,
and we enjoyed the hot spring at nightfall.
After that
it was time to have dinner.
We enjoyed local cuisine
such as baked hida-beef and sashimi of river fisth.
お宿の朝ごはんは
、
卵かけご飯
と牛肉の朴葉味噌など.。
ご飯が美味しくて、
３杯おかわり～
後の
登山が楽チンでした
。
The next morning
we had a simple but delicious breakfast.
A raw egg on rice was one of them.
Many regard this as Japanese comfort food.
I'm glad to be born in Japan because
we can eat raw eggs!
I had three helpings of rice there, so
I had enough energy to hike mountains later.
登山は、
新穂高ロープウエイを使い、
丸山と独標に上りました。
晴天に恵まれ、
素晴らしい眺めでした～。
The weather was nice on that day, and
we enjoyed hiking to Maruyama and Dokuhyou.
On these summits
a panoramic view spreat out before us.
It was just beautiful.
