昨日の朝は久しぶりに
ロングラン。
ゴールは
中華街
。
My husband and I had a long run last Saturday
for the first time in a while.
Our goal was
the China Town in Yokohama.
やってくる秋はランニングに絶好の季節。
マラソン大会もあるので、
今から少しづつトレーニングを始めないと・・・。
ロングランの後は
美味しいご褒美
があると思うと、
ルンルン気分で走れちゃいます
。
Upcoming Autumn is a good season for running.
I'll run a marathon in December, so
I was thinking that
it was about time to start training.
家のすぐ近所の公園を通ったら
いがぐりが落ちていて、
中には、
つやつや ぷっくりな
実がありました～
秋が近づいてますよ～
I found a chestnut shell near my apartment.
When I saw inside of it, there was a fatty
chestnut
.
Autumn is just around the corner.
中華街には、
9時ちょっとすぎに到着。
ゴールのお店
謝甜記がオープンしたばかり
。
なんどもリピしているお店。
美味しい～。
We arrived at China Town a little past 9 a.m.
Our favorite restaurant which was our goal
of the day was just opened.
The name is 謝甜記, and
We always enjoy the food.
帰りは、
横浜SOGOの
ダビンチ展で、
発明の数々を見学
してきました。
展示品は模倣して作られたものなので
いくつかは触ることもできるんです。
面白い楽器
がありましたよ。
竜の頭の形をしたリラと呼ばれるもの
彼は、音楽の才能
もあったのですね。
楽しかった～
On the way back to our home,
we visited a museum in YokohamaSogo.
There was an exhibit of Leonard Da Vinchi.
Visitors were allowed to touch some of the displays,
because they were made by imitating his inventions.
There was a unique musical instrument
called Dragon's head Lyre.
I didn't know he also had a genius for music.
I enjoyed it very much.
なんか、ゴキブリみたい・・・
でも、立派な楽器です。
Looks like a cockroach?
It is an admirable musical instrument.
