時間がたつのは、
早いですね～

義父
がなくなって、
早や２年。
Time flies.
It has already passed two years
since my father-in-law passed away.
先週日曜日は、
親族が集まって、
義父の３回忌を行いました。
Last Sunday
we had the third anniversary of
his death with our relatives.
藍染めの作品作りのため
手袋付けて染めることが出来ず、
爪
が真っ青なまま
。
恥ずかしかった～
My nails were dyed with dark blue
because I worked hard to dye my project
before the anniversary.
I felt embarassed.
子供たちの成長
と、
親世代の高齢化を感じる
集まりとなりました。
いろいろなことが
簡素化していく世の中ですが、
縁あって親族になったのですから、
この絆
は
大切に、守っていきたいです。
The anniversart is like a reunion of
our family and relatives.
I noticed the growth of children and
the ageing of parental generation.
Old tradition is getting simple nowadays, but
I'd like to treasure our relationship because
we are linked by fate.
この時期
あちこちから、
いただくイチジクです・・
It is the best season to get figs
from my neighbors now.
