It was Sunday today, and it was election day.
I was planning to go first thing in the morning, but I couldn’t get up, so I decided to go later.
In the morning, I did some work.
There was a task that was causing some trouble, so I worked on that.
I didn’t want to work on a Sunday, but it couldn’t be helped.
As planned, I went out to vote around noon.
It was hot outside, but the weather was nice—perfect for going out.
After that, I spent a relaxing afternoon at home.
今日は日曜日で、選挙の投票日だった。
朝一番で行こうと思ったけれど、起きれなかったので、後から行く事にした。
午前中は仕事をした。少しトラブルになっている仕事があったのでそれを進めた。
日曜日に仕事をしたくなかったけど仕方がない。
そして予定通りお昼に投票をしに出掛けた。
外は暑いけど、天気がよく外出日和だ。
その後は家でのんびり過ごした。
