K: It was a frustrating day today because work didn’t go as planned .
A: Oh, what happened?
K: I’ve got a lot of work piling up, so I had set a goal for what I wanted to finish today. But in the middle of it, I got a call and was told to go to a site. By the time it was over, it was already past 6 PM, and the site was far from the office. But the work keeps piling up. I'm falling behind.
There are also some ongoing tasks that I just don’t know how to handle, but there’s no one I can ask for help. It’s tough, and deadlines are slipping again.
A: I see. So, things just aren’t going smoothly right now.
K: Yeah, I know there are a lot of things I just have to figure out on my own.
A: Yeah, but not having anyone to talk to about it is really tough.
K: Yeah.
K:今日は予定通りに仕事が進まなくてイライラする1日だった。
A:何があった？
K:仕事が溜まってきているから、今日はここまでやるというのを決めていたのに途中で連絡がきて呼ばれて現場に連れていかれた。終わった時には１８時過ぎているし、会社に戻るには遠いし。だけど仕事は溜まる。遅れる。
他にも現在進行中の課題があるんだけど、僕には分からないのに相談できる人がいない、厳しい、そしてまた納期が遅れる。
Ａ：なるほど、どうも上手く進行できていないという事だね。
K:そうなんだ、まあ自分で何とかしなければならない部分もいっぱいあるのは分かっている。
Ａ：うん、だけど相談できる人がいないのはしんどいね。
Ｋ：うん
