It’s Saturday today, but I went to Yoga this morning for work.
There’s construction work at a fitness gym in Yoga.
After giving a brief explanation, I headed to the office in Komazawa and cleaned up the work from yesterday.
Since it’s warm today, I got hot after moving around a bit.
Everything went according to plan, so I was able to head home feeling refreshed.
今日は土曜日だけれど、朝から仕事の為、用賀に出掛けた。
用賀のフィットネスジム工事があるからだ。
軽く説明をして駒沢の会社に向かい、昨日の仕事の跡片付けをした。
今日は暖かいので少し体を動かすと暑くなった。
予定通りに進んだのですっきりした気持ちで帰る事ができた。
