I have already published an A5 size version of the same title, but this time I published it in B5 size, which is larger than A5 size.
The B5 size is often used for school notebooks, etc., and is also often used for comic books and weekly magazines, so it is a size that you are likely to see in your daily life.
The contents of the form are based on the previous A5 size version, with a few improvements. The larger size makes it easier to fill in by hand, so I made each item into multiple pages, with a dot grid page at the end.
