Hello It's cloudy weather in chiba pref.
寒いしハーブオイルが減ってきたので 今日はハーブ＆唐辛子オイル作り
I make Pili Pili Oil because it's cold outside today.
開花中でかわゆいローズマリーと
Rosemary in my garden.
去年から母が育ててる金柑の葉っぱも こっそりもいで入れてみちゃお
I try to use Kumquat leaves that my mom's.
あとは月桂樹
去年採種したディルシード
ディルの葉っぱ
and some bay leaves,dill leaves,dill seeds.........
去年栽培した唐辛子
Many clillis i grown last year.
同じく去年取れたサフランも
a little bit saffron.
熱湯消毒した瓶に詰めこみ詰めこみ
I do just put everything into bottles then pour olive oil into them.That's it!
オリーブオイルをひたひたに入れて完成
唐辛子が浮いてくるのでディルで塞いでみる
ディルとフェンネル両方育てると いつもどっちがどっちか解らなくなるんですけど
これディルじゃなかったらごめんなさいｗ
サフランと金柑の葉っぱ入れたの初めてなので味が楽しみ
A dill and a fennel,they are so much alike that I always get mix up which is which.I guess it's dill but I'm sorry if it's not.hahaha.I look forward to tasting it because it was first time to add saffron and kumquat leaves.
