Hello
Exam season is almost over.
No matter what the results, the memories of my hard work, my family's support, my fellow exam-takers with whom I practiced every day, and the teachers who taught me and listened to my every need will never fade.
I wasn't accepted into my first-choice school.
I'm now a middle school student, attending my second-choice school.
Even now, I sometimes feel regret and want to blame myself. I think, "I wish I had pushed myself harder back then," or "I wish I had talked to my teacher back then," or "If only I had gotten into my first choice school, I'd be doing this now."
But when I remember the family and friends who encouraged me back then, and the teachers who taught me tirelessly, I somehow feel more positive.
Sorry for talking about myself.
In this article, I'll introduce what you should do in the two months between taking the middle school entrance exam and enrolling in order to keep up with your middle school classes.
I hope this is helpful to you.
1. Advance your English studies.
English begins in junior high school. It is not a subject on the junior high school entrance exam. Textbooks have undergone significant changes recently, and the level of English has become particularly high in embroidery. If you are unable to keep up with English classes, even a small amount can lead to a sense of inferiority, making it difficult to study. Even a single workbook will suffice. Do a little English preparation so that class can equal review.
Also, try to memorize the spelling of even one word.
2. Review memorization skills in science and social studies.
Science and social studies are extremely useful in junior high school classes. I'm sure you all worked hard on memorization skills, especially in science and social studies, during your junior high school entrance exam experience. Since junior high school tests often include essay-style questions, continue to review your knowledge regularly, while also verifying the reasons for your knowledge.
3. Prepare for basic equations.
Many students prepare for junior high school entrance exams by using equations in math. Especially in the first year of junior high school, equations can make a big difference between those who excel and those who struggle. So, start by studying the basics of equations so you can review them in class just like you would in English.
That's all.
Please feel free to ask any questions you have about the junior high school entrance exam or any problems you don't understand.
I hope this blog will be of some help to you.
Thank you for reading.
