「サンシャイン・クリーニング」を見に行ってきました。
I went to see Sunshine Cleaning.
3月にアメリカで公開された当時から、この映画、見たくて仕方なかったんです。
だって、
①私が大好きな映画、「リトル・ミス・サンシャイン」のプロデューサー作
②大好きな、エイミー・アダムス＆エミリー・ブラントが主演
③アラン・アーキンが父親役
④アメリカで最初、４館でしか公開されなかったのが週末に好成績で全国公開になった
っていう理由。もうとりあえず②の理由だけでも絶対見るけどね。 笑
Since it was released in the US in March, I was really looking forward to seeing it.
The reasons why I was so interested in this film are
1. This film is made by the producer of Little Miss Sunshine, which is my favorite film.
2. Amy Adams and Emily Blunt who are actresses I love are in it.
3. Alan Akin plays their dad.
4. It's released in only 4 theatres in the US at first, then this film attracted many people in the first weekend and finally, it was released widely in the US.
Honestly, I would see this only because of No2. hahaha

ストーリー的には、昔はチアリーダーでアメフトのクォーターバックと付き合って
みんなの憧れだったような存在だったローズが、今は清掃の仕事をしていて。
挙句不倫中で、要は人生の負け犬なんですけど。
息子の学校のためにお金が必要で、殺人事件や自殺現場なんかの清掃の仕事を
同じく仕事をクビになってばかりでやる気のない妹、ノラと一緒に始めるというものです。
The story is about Rose who was a popular cheerleader dating the quarter back of the American football team in high school.
She's now cleaning houses and has an affair, which means she's totally a loser.
She needs some money for getting her son a good education and she starts the crime scene cleaning business with her sister, Norah, who gets fired and doesn't try to do anything.
なんていうかね、暖かい気持ちになれるタイプの映画です。
ま、舞台となる事件現場はかなり気味悪いわけですけど。それに反して。
こう、どうしようもない状況に置かれた人たちでも
それでも頑張って生きていこうとする、っていう感じのお話はやっぱり好きです。
そういう意味では「リトル・ミス・サンシャイン」の全然機能してなかった家族と同じ。
This film made me feel warm in contrast to the gross crime scenes.
I mean, even though they're really messed up for everything, they still try to get things better and it cheered me up.
I love this kind of stories.
In this sense, it's very similar to the family in Little Miss Sunshine, which really didn't work as a family.
映画の出来という意味では、「リトル・ミス・サンシャイン」の方が断然いいんだけど、
エイミー・アダムスと、エミリー・ブラントが不器用で悩みだらけの姉妹を
本当に素敵に演じていて。この２人を見るだけで価値があるんじゃないかと。
To be honest, Little Miss Sunshine is much much better as a film.
I wouldn't lie, but Amy Adams and Emily Blunt were just amazingly good in it, and I really think it's worth watching this film just for them.
そういえばエミリー・ブラントはイギリス人なんですけど
この映画ではアメリカアクセントでなんだかとっても新鮮でしたー☆
あー、こういう感じの映画はやっぱりいいですね。
笑えて、あたたかくて、素敵な映画でした☆
Well, Emily Blunt is a British actress, but she speaks in American accents in this film.
I hadn't heard her American English, so it's pretty intersting.
Anyway, I re-realized that I really adore this kind of films.
It was a decent, funny and warm film.
