After a customer recommendation we now have Alpen Light Cereal Bars in both Summer Fruits and Apple & Sultana flavours. They have half the fat of a regular Alpen bar, and contain just 70 calories. As far as snacks go, this is a great healthier option to chocolate ... sweet, sweet IKEA chocolate.
