用賀でヨガ/Yoga in Yo-Ga
新しくヨガスタジオでレッスンを受け持たせて頂くことになりました。
I just have started to take charge of the class in a yoga studio.
陰陽ヨガで心身のバランスを整えましょう。
Yin & Yang yoga. Good for gaining the proper mental and physical balance.
田園都市線用賀駅にあるUP FOR YOGA というヨガスタジオです。
こちらとYoga Per Tutti両方を利用して下さっている生徒様が、Yoga Per Tuttiのヨガをより多くの方に知ってもらいたいから、と、紹介して下さったスタジオです。

You can find the studio, UP FOR YOGA in Yo-ga on the Den-en-Toshi line. (Yo-ga & Yoga, tricky!)
ひとクラス9名限定の少人数制クラスなので、Yoga Per Tuttiのコンセプトと合っていることも嬉しいです。
The class size is small, same as Yoga Per Tutti's lesson in Aoyama. 9 students are the maximum in one lesson here.
レッスン中はキャンドルが焚かれます。
今日の香りは「グルカンド」
甘く優しい香りでしたよ。
You can enjoy the aroma of candle during the lesson.
自然光が入りこみ、清潔でとても気持ちいいスタジオです。
静かな住宅街の中にあります。お近くにお住まいの方はお気軽に遊びにいらしてくださいね。

マタニティヨガ/Prenatal Yoga
今日は妊婦の友人がレッスンに来てくれました。
女性がお腹の子を慈しみながらヨガをする姿は、こんなにも美しく、周りの人の心を穏やかにしてくるものなのだということを知りました。
そして、友人の人生の大切な時を、ヨガを通して一緒に歩ませてもらえることは、なんてありがたく、嬉しいものなのだろうとしみじみ感じながら帰路につきました。
皆様も心穏やかな週末を過ごせますように。
My friend who is in pregnancy came to today's lesson.
I have never knew how sanctity when a woman do yoga caring affectionately her baby.
On the way home back, I felt the happiness because not only being chosen our yoga as for her prenatal yoga but also being able to share my friend's beautiful pregnancy time.

いくつになっても/Reunion
先日、レッスンに前々職の先輩が来て下さいました。
なんと7年ぶりの再会！
スタジオに顔を出してくださった時の感動といったら・・！
在職時はもちろんのこと、いつになっても後輩を応援して下さるお気持ちがものすごく伝わってきて、目頭が熱くなりました。
企業を離れ、フリーランスとなってから、自分で考えたことを具現する楽しさを味わう反面、企業に守られていないという不安は正直付きまといます。
でも、こうして応援して下さることで、「よし、がんばろう」と思えます。
色々なところで、そして様々な形で支えて下さる皆様に心から感謝です。
My senior associate for the previous company came to my lesson! This was the first reunion since I left from the company in 2005. I was almost crying when I saw her face.
Great reunion and I was touched when I felt her warm encouragement for me.

少人数制クラスになります/New Service
YogaPer Tuttiを始めてから一年が過ぎ、クラスを一新することにしました。
もちろん、Yoga Per Tutti＝「みんなのためのヨガ」のコンセプトは変えません。
クラスの内容を、基本を大切にする考えはそのままに、より「心身回復」とメンタルバランスを整えることに重点を置きます。
ただし、ただのんびりするだけのポーズばかりとるわけではありません。それだけではバランスが崩れる可能性があります。（必要に応じ、それだけのクラスにする場合もありますが。）
また、より丁寧な指導と快適なクラスづくりのため、人数を1クラス10名様までとさせていただきます。
もちろん、飛び込みでのご参加は今まで通り大歓迎ですが、予約頂いた方を優先に、当日は先着順で受付致しますので、ご予約いただいた方が確実です。

We renew our lessons. Of course we don't change the concept, 'Yoga Per Tutti', 'Yoga for everyone'.
We keep valuing the basics of yoga and we put more emphasis on restoring mental and body and producing a proper mental balance.
Although, it does not mean merely chosing laid-back postures. It sometimes can cause unbanced condition. (When necessary we do it though.)
For more hospitable classes, we maintain small class sizes: 10 students per class on a first come and first served basis. Drop-ins are still very welcome but a reservation will ensure your room.
