月のない寒い夜には
今夜は二十九夜。
細～くなった月が昇るのも、夜明けが近い早朝です。
寒さ厳しい夜に月が見えないのは、寂しく、寒さが一層厳しく感じられたりもするものです。
でもそんな時には、ホットワインでも飲んで暖かい夜を過ごしましょう。
温めた赤ワインに、ハチミツを溶かして絞ったレモンを少量。
赤ワインは近所の酒屋で手に入る、手頃な値段のもので十分です。
でも、できればレモンは、生を絞ったほうがよりおいしいと思います。
できあがりには、カップのふちでレモンの皮をピッとつまむとレモンの爽やかな香りがたちますしね。
お酒はちょっと苦手・・・という方は、赤ワインを１/３量くらいのお湯で割ってください。
そして、ハチミツとレモンを気持ち多めに。
身体が冷え切ってしまっている時には、生姜の絞り汁を小さじ１杯程度加えると、さらに身体が温まります。
風邪気味の方にも効きますよ。
ホットワインでほっこり体が温まってきたら、こんな曲でゆったりまったりするのもいいもんです。
