JSARToolKit

これまでWeb上で拡張現実を実装するにはFlashを使わねばなりませんでした。しかし最近ではJavascriptベースでの拡張現実（AR)が開発 されつつあります。今回紹介するJSARToolKitもjavascript上で動作するARのライブラリです。HTML5ではWebRTCの実装が進 みつつありますので、将来的にはスマートフォン上にWebアプリケーションを呼び出しリアルタイムでARが動作するようになるかもしれませんね。

Until now, we should have used Flash to implement Augmented Reality (AR) on the web site. However, it has been developed AR based on Javascript in recent years. “JSARToolKit” which we introduce today, is also an AR library that works on Javascript. Near the future, we are expecting that AR works timely on smart phone with web application because there are progressing HTML5 implemented WebRTC.
