I taught SOS-free Raw Vegan Recipes to the obstetrics and gynecology staff and their patients for 8 days at Yui clinic in Okinawa. This obstetrics and gynecology clinic offers natural foods. This is really awesome.
Dr. Shimabukuro understands the benefits of raw vegan food. She also understands the theory of natural hygiene. Very rare and precious in Japan! I was impressed by her enthusiasm. Japanese hospitals heat food, however, this obstetrics and gynecology clinic offers patients fresh fruits, green smoothies, salads, fermented brown rice (not white rice) with red beans. They do not offer meat, eggs, dairy products, white sugar, or additives. Clinic kitchen staff make miso, soy sauce, pickled plums, and natto. There is no fried foods in the clinic menu. Really awesome! I hope in the future, more of the simple recipes that I taught will be included in the patient's food. Yui Obstetrics and Gynecology Clinic in Okinawa has lots of natural wood on the floor and walls. There are many books on true health theories on their bookshelfs. They do not use WiFi because of the potential adverse effects upon babies and pregnant woman in the clinic. Really awesome!I love Yui clinic!
I held Whole Foods and Raw Vegan dressing workshop at my favorite T's restaurant in Tokyo❣️ My raw healthy dressing is full of fresh fruits and vegetables. and oil free and vinegar free❣️ I hope my workshop will inspire each attendee to include more raw and vegan meals in their lives.

I taught my students how to eat very simple vegan meals that make people’s mind and body very healthy.
I am teaching my original class about how to eat raw and vegan whole foods without the use of unhealthy seasoning (sugar, oil, salt, vinegar, etc.).
Orange, sesame and ginger dressings are wonderfully delicious. Japanese Daikon radish and seaweed dressing is a Japanese favorite. Blueberries and almond milk smoothies are very popular!
These are all very simple recipes. So my students can make them in their house every day😊.
We created and ate the meals together, which was so much fun❣️

I held a smoothie workshop for musicians in Tokyo. My alma mater music high school(国立音楽大学附属中学校・高等学校)classmates,
orchestra members and my personal friends attended. The music high school president also participated. That is so special!
I mentioned that edible green leaves contain much chlorophyll, and that is very important for human health. Green smoothies have the power to heal tired bodies and minds. Orchestra members and musicians are often playing very busy schedules, and get very tired. I hope the musicians are getting more better with green smoothies.
The creation of raw vegetable Nori rolls was very fun. The Vegan Buddha bowl by NABE is very popular. Those dishes are very delicious, and contain a lot of LOVE and affection. The owner's wife Michi-san is the principal violinist of the 東京フィルハーモニー交響楽団Tokyo Philharmonic Orchestra. The organizer of this workshop, Akino-san is my classmate at the music high school I attended, and a violinist in the Tokyo Philharmonic Orchestra. Please attend to their concerts.
