At the entrance
Hi, how are you?
Hi.
Where is your women's section?
Hum... this is the one for instance, right where we are now.
Oh, yes, I see some displays, but where are other stuff?
We have a whole floor for women's on the second floor,
and some are on the third floor, too.
Thank you. I'll start from there.
Could you tell me where the elvator is?
Go straight this aisle and you'll find it on your left,
but we have escalators behind this wall, too.
Okay, I'll use that one. Thanks.
You are welcome, enjoy your shopping.
At the women's floor
Hi, can I help you to find anything?
Not really. I wanna just look around, thank you.
No problem, just tell me if you need any help.
I will, thanks.
(Looking for some jeans)
Excuse me, do you have size 25 for these?
Okay, let me look around.
Here, the size 25, right?
Yes, oh, but these are not exactly the same.
They aren't? ...Right, I'm sorry, these are bit different...
Let me look again.
Aren't they the same ones on top of the shelf?
Oh, there they are, let me get them for you.
Are these okay?
Yes! Thank you. Can I try them on?
Of course, the fitting room is at the end of this aisle.
Okay, but I may look around a bit more just in case I want another pair.
That's a good idea.
Would you like me to hold them for you at the counter?
No, that's fine, thank you.
You're welcome.
In a fitting room
Hi, how many (are you bringing in)?
Two, please.
Okay take this card.
Okay.
(from the fitting booth)
Excuse me, could anyone help me, please?
Yes, is there any problem?
No, but do you have any safety pins to mark the hem?
Oh, yes, let me bring them for you.
Thank you.
Here, can you pin them by yourself?
Yes, thank you so much.
Oh, you do take a hem up for me in the store, right?
Yes, but it will take about half an hour or so.
Fine. That's why I wanted to try these first,
so I can look around other stuff while waiting.
Very clever. Enjoy!
(to the girl at the fitting room counter)
Okay, I take these, but I don't want this one.
Sure, you can leave them here. Just take what you get.
Thanks!
At the cashier
Next please!
(no one seems to have heard it since it was the furthest cashier)
Next customer in line, can I help you?
(the person behind told her she was being called)
I think it's you for number 6!
Oh, me? I'm sorry I didn't hear it.
No problem.
Hi, I'm sorry.
No problem..... Okay, it'll be 79.98, please.
Would you like to pay by cash or charge?
Is Saison okay?
No, we only take....wait a minute, it's also Visa, right?
Ah, yes, Visa please.
Okay. Could you sign here on the display?
Sure. ....All set?
Yes, ready to go. Here's your receipt and thank you.
You're welcome.
Oh, is there any bathroom I can use in here?
Yes, on the third floor or check the basement.
Thank you.
Have a good day!
You, too.
