tenants have been announced for a new outlet mall to open in mid-November in Pearl. Spectrum Capital, a private firm developing the project, say among the new tenants are a Coach Factory & Coach Men's Factory, Banana Republic Factory Store and Michael Kors . The newly named Outlets of Mississippi is a 325,000-square-foot center. Spectrum calls it the largest outlet mall in Mississippi . Jason Voyles, president of Spectrum Capital, says he expects the mall to attract new visitors to the area while providing new jobs and bringing new revenue to the state.
