スタバのようなカフェが、バンクーバーにもあちこちにあって、地元の人に人気のカフェがある。
そこのカフェは、節約だか、エコだかを前に出したいのか、コーヒーを混ぜる木の棒が、茹でる前の固いフェットチーネ（幅広パスタ）だったり、ロングスプーンだったりする。
それが、これ。
There are a lot of cafes like Starbucks everywhere in Vancouver and there is a cafe which is popular among the locals. I guess this cafe wants to seem eco friendly so the cafe puts out dry fettuccine or long spoons instead of wooden sticks to stir the coffee. Here are the long spoons.

見える？この汚れ具合。
右のスプーンなんかスプーン全体が薄汚れてる！！
持つとこも、ベタベタしてるねん
写真には２本しか写ってないけど、”きれいなスプーン”と書かれたスプーンの入れ物に入ってる、全部のスプーンがこんなん。
昔は、この汚いスプーンにビックリして、自分が使用済みの所から間違って取り出したのかと思って、見直したよ。
Eww.... Can you see how dirty they are? The spoon on the right has a dirty milky film on the whole spoon. The handle is sticky too. In the photo, you see only 2 dirty spoons but all the spoons in the holder which are labeled "Clean spoons" are dirty like these. I was shocked with the dirty spoons at this cafe for a long time and I double checked the holder if I picked the spoon from the dirty spoon holder or not.
絶対、水にくぐらせただけのスプーン。
ここ１０年、ずっと汚さは変わってないから、誰も気にして無いんやろなぁ、、、。
めっちゃイヤなので、いつも紙ナフキンに、自分のコーヒーを浸して、そのナフキンでキレーに拭いてから、スプーンを使う。
日本人やったら、私が言ってる事、分かってくれるやんね？
I'm so sure that they just dipped them in water to rinse the spoons. It's been like this for the last 10 years so I guess nobody has complained... It's disgusting so I always wipe the spoon with the wet paper napkin with the coffee I ordered and stir my coffee. If you are Japanese, you would understand how I feel, wouldn't you?
