Lunch at American's house
今週末はとても寒いですね!
前回の記事の続きです
アメリカ人のお宅でランチを頂きました
It's very cold this weekend.
This is a continued report of visiting American's house.
I had a Lunch at American lady's house.
ロウソクは高めに配置してお料理に煙が
かからないようにしてあります
Candles were placed higher than meal to avoid smoke.
クリスマスツリーは２メートルもあって回転します
銀のフリンジを雪の様にかけてあるのが
とっても綺麗でした
外国の方のお家は概して照明が暗めです
右の写真のお花はライトになっています
暗めの照明に所々を照らす灯り とっても素敵です
The giant tree,about 2meter,can rotates.
Silver braid over the tree was like snow.
It was very fantastic!
Generally, the lighting in foreigner's house
is darker than Japanese.
Very nice lighting lamps to illuminate the dark places!
上左の写真はターキー、上右はターキーの詰め物
今回は別にサービング
下の写真のポテトは甘く焼いてあります
（油で揚げない中華ポテトの様な感じ？）
パンはデンマークの方が焼いて下さいました
粉の美味しさが伝わるシンプルなパンです
The left photo above is turkey and
the upper right photo is stuffing for turkey.
Stuffing were served apart from turkey.
Baked potatoes of the picture below are sweet.
Breads are baked by Danish lady.
I enjoyed the flavor of flour.
クリスマスは鶏の丸焼きをしようかと
思っているので、ターキーの詰め物が
とっても気になりました
頂いて帰ってきてメモしておきました
写真綺麗にとれてないのですが
パン、松の実、玉ねぎ、セロリ、クランベリーを
カレーパウダーなどで味付けしてあります
悩んでいたクリスマスのメニューが決まりました(笑)
要は再現できるか？ですけどね！
I think to try to roast a chicken.
I was very interested in stuffing of turkey.
These are bread, pine nuts, onions, celery,
cranberry seasoned with curry powder, etc.
Well, I decede Christmas menu!
But, I can reproduce!?
