I'm mid of 30s but I had slipped disc 3 or 4 times already since I was 19 years old.
And again I had it about 3 weeks ago.
I usually go to the Judo therapist clinic when I have backache or stiffed shoulder.
It was on Sunday so my judo thrapist clinic didn'topen.
My back was getting hurts more and more and hard to walk so I searched judo therapist which is open on Sunday and I found one at Tenjinbashisuji 6 cyome.
This judo therapist wasn't good...
From monday I go my judo therapist clinic and had acupunture for 5 times a week.
I was really getting better and stopped to see judo therapist for another one week.
But somehow last sunday, my back got pain again.
Acupunture is really painful but it works well.
If I just stay home and laying down all day, probably my back would have recovered soon but I have to go to the office.
Acupunture is good but also kinda dangerous so you have to find really good Practitioner in acupunture and moxibustion.
I'm not sure but got acupunture is covered by health insurance so each time I only need to pay JPY600.-
sigh... already it has been 3 weeks since I had slipped disc.
Hopefully I can get better by next week....
