開店１１周年セール

カーヴドリラックス大創業祭・開店11周年セール初日。
セール担当のヤギ店長を、大破で欠いたセールのため不安でしたが、
人見副店長をはじめスタッフの皆さんの頑張りと、ワタシの頑張りで何とか準備を間に合わせました。

幸い予想を遥かに上回る大勢のお客様に、お越しいただきました。
「11周年おめでとうございます。」と、たくさんのお客様にお声がけをいただきました。
暖かい言葉をいただくと、人はうれしいものです。
心より、「ありがとうございます！」 お礼申し上げます。

1本目 ニールエリス エルギン シャルドネ 2008 ￥2100
エルギンは、南ア・ケープタウンの南東の海岸線一帯。
南アで最も冷涼な地区です。まわりには広大なリンゴ畑が広がります。
そんな涼しい気候をいかしたエレガントなシャルドネ。
フレンチオークの小樽発酵。高いワインの味わいがいっぱい。

２本目 フランク フェラン 2002
シャトー フェラン・セギュール のセカンドワイン。
大昔、このシャトーのオーナーをお招きして、大塚でワインパーティーをしたことがあったっけ。
あのころ私は若かった。有名シャトーのオーナーをお迎えして興奮したものです。
いまでは、ワタシがおじいちゃん。
これ、バランスがとれていて、とっても飲み頃。

It was the first day of Cave de Re-Lax 11th Anniversary Sale.
I was concerned about the sale's operation because we lacked Mr. Oyamada who is the store manager in charged of fine wine sale due to his fracture.

However, the other staff and I worked hard and managed to handle it.
We received many, many customers. Thank you very much.

1st Neil Ellis Elgin Chardonnay 2008 2100 yen
Elgin is one the most cool areas in South Africa.
There are many apple farms there.
This Chardonnay is a very elegant style caused by the cool weather.
It was fermented in French oak cask.
I enjoyed for the taste of expensive wine a lot.

2nd Frank Phelan 2002
It is the second wine of Chateau Phelan-Segur.
A long long ago, I held a wine party received the owner of this winery.
I was young at that time.
I was so excited by receiving a parson from a famous chateau.
Time passed....
It showed very good mature, the time to drink.
