この曲はGeorge Harrison（ジョージ・ハリスン）によって書かれた。
映像に有るように、ジョージはアコースティック・ギター、John Lennon（ジョン・レノン）がスティール・ギターをボトルネックで弾き、Paul McCartney（ポール・マッカートニー）がピアノを弾いている。
シングルとして、"The Long and Winding Road"とのカップリングでリリースされ、Billboard Hot100の1位になった。
