前作 『 ニューヨーク５２番街 』 に続く、 ２作目の１位獲得アルバムとなりました。
この 『 Ｉｔ’ｓ Ｓｔｉｌｌ Ｒｏｃｋ ａｎｄ Ｒｏｌｌ ｔｏ Ｍｅ 』 （ 邦題 ： ロックンロールが最高さ ）
は、 アルバムからの第２弾シングルとしてリリースされ、 意外ですけど
ビリーにとって初の全米シングル・チャート１位獲得を果たした楽曲です。
歌詞の内容は、 ’８０年代初期に ファンク や パンク、 ニュー・ウェイヴ などの新しい音楽に転換していく
音楽業界への批判と、 その変化にビリー自身が乗っかることを拒否する内容を
男女の会話形式にして歌っています。
東京ドーム・ライブということで、 ジャイアンツ・キャップをかぶるサービス。
マイク・スタンド・パフォーマンスも披露してくれてます。
