私の出品したパソコンは海外発送はしませんとチェック入れてあったのですが、なんででしょうね。
高額なパソコン関連、ＡＶ関連はターゲットにされるようです。
内容的には、希望商品価格より高く買い取りますよ。だからメールください。
で、メール送ると商品発送先を提示し、ニセの小切手を送ったり、商品を受け取って連絡が取れなくなる。
こういった感じらしい。

私の商品は日本語で書かれていますし、海外発送しないにチェック入れてあるでしょ？
何で日本語読めるのに英文でメール送ってくるのさ？
