今日はpart 2ということで、引き続き
「ツヤ肌」についてご紹介したいと思います。
今回のポイントは....
コットン
です!!!
化粧水を使う際には、ぜひコットンで使用してください。
世間では多くの意見があり、コットンでなく手で化粧水を使う方が良い
という意見もあります。
両方試していただいて、ご自身で決めていただくのがベター
かもしれませんが、
私は断然コットン派です。
いくつか理由をご説明します。
１.顔の面積
part 1で顔の面積は広げた新聞紙サイズとお伝えしました。

新聞紙サイズの全体を、手の平に出した適量の化粧水で
保湿できるでしょうか？
私はできないと思います。
コットンを使うと、コットンが化粧水を保持してくれて、
全体をしっかり保湿することができます。
２.コットンで化粧水を使ったときの実感
化粧品の会社で働いていた頃、泊まりがけの研修のお風呂上がりの男性部屋で、不思議な光景が起きます。
全員が鏡に向かってコットンを使って一斉に化粧水を使います笑
最初はみんなで「不思議だな～!!!」と笑い合っていましたが、
コットンを使った方が実感がはるかに良いため、
それは自然と定着し、当たり前の光景になりました。
それだけ肌がモチっとしたり、弾力が出ます。
３.コストパフォーマンス
値段的に見ても、だいたい３００円～５００円で変えるものがほとんどです。
枚数がそれぞれですが、６０枚入っているものを
朝晩毎日、使っても１ヶ月持ちます。
コストパフォーマンスとして考えても、コットンをけちるよりも、
その分しっかり「ツヤ肌」を手に入れて
「なんか肌きれいになった？」
と言われた方が価値があると思います！
以上の点からコットンをオススメします。
次に大事な使い方です。
本当に大事なので、どうぞ実践してください。
１.中指と薬指にコットンを挟み、
適量をしっかりコットンに出し、
まず、全体にしっかり行き届くようにコットンで顔全体を撫でてください。
２.約１００回パッティングしてください。
ザックリすると額２５回、両ほほ２５回ずつ、あご２５回くらいですね。
もちろん、まんべんなく鼻や小鼻、目元もお忘れなく。
テレビのCMなど見ていると１００回はあっという間ですし、めんどくさく感じずにできます。
３.最後に手のひら全体で、化粧水が奥まで浸透するように優しく押し込んでください。
＊ほほの部分は下から上気味に！
なぜかというと少しでも、しわやたるみにならないようにです。
やってみるとわかります。
そして毎日の積み重ねで大きな効果が出ます。
職場等で
「肌綺麗ですよね!!!」
と言われるのは気持ちのいいものです。

The key is....
cotton!!!!
When you use skin lotion for your face, please use cotton.
There are various opinions and some opinions tell that it's better to use skin lotion by your hand.
You should try both of them and decide which way is better.
Personally I definitely recommend using cotton.
Let me explain some reasons.
1. Face size
As I mentioned in part 1 of my article before, face size is as same as newspaper.
(to part 1)
Is it enough to moisturize whole size of newspaper by skin lotion in our hand?
I don't think so.
When you use cotton, cotton keep skin lotion in it and you can moisturize enough.
2. The feeling of using skin lotion with cotton
When I worked at cosmetics company, there was funny scene in the room after taking a bath.
All of men used skin lotion with cotton to take care of their skin same time toward the mirror. (Of course I was one of them.kkk)
We all laughed coz it was not so common.
However it was much better to use cotton to care our face and that became natural for us!!!
We felt our skin was getting better!!!!
3. Cost performance
We can get most of cotton $3~5.
Numbers of cotton depend on each product.
When it has 60 sheets of cotton, it takes a month to run it out even if we use it every day and night.
It's more worth to get "glossy skin" and be said "your skin is nice" by using skin lotion with cotton than scrimping cotton!!!
That's why I recommend it.
Let's move on next!
Here is how to use cotton.
This is extremely important, don't miss it.
1. Hold cotton between long finger and medical finger, put right amount of lotion on it!!!
Then stroke it whole your face.
2. Pat it 100 times!!!
forehead 25 times, both of cheek 25 times each, around chin 25 times something like that.
Of course don't forget nose and nostril.
3. Finally push your face softly by the flat of your hand to be saturated!!!
＊ Push your cheek from bottom up not to get wrinkle and slack.
When you do that, you'll see how comfortable it is.
Daily care makes our skin better for sure!!!
