YAMAHA Motor Ventures & Laboratory Tour
Hello everyone!
Today's blog is about our first company tour of Yamaha Motor ventures and Laboratory, which was held by JSS on 14th April !
Yamaha is one of the biggest and most well known company in Japan, and its Ventures and Laboratory office is located in Silicon Valley. Hiro Saijo, the CEO and the manager who takes on leadership in his office, welcomed us to his office. We were all dragged into Yamaha world once we stepped our foot in his clean and neat office.
We started off our company tour with a presentation which was given by Hiro Saijo. The presentation was very detailed with a historical background of Yamaha company, their business ideas and strategies to be successful in Silicon Valley. After the presentation we had an opportunity to ask him whatever questions we had, and he answered them really carefully, which was very helpful for each of us.
Afterwards, we had a lunch together at one of the restaurants located along the beautiful Menlo Park Avenue. It was a great time to get to know each other sharing our thoughts on today's company tour.
The company tour was a great opportunity for each of us to think of our career path. There were so much to lean from the mission of Yamaha company and priceless advices that we received from the CEO. We hope that every participated members found this opportunity fruitful.
