KMG_pjの実施設計中です。
間口わずか4.3m、奥行13.2mの異形狭小敷地に建つ住宅です。
本計画は狭小敷地に建つ建築なので、壁の厚みや床など、詳細寸法を出来るだけ少なくするような設計をしております。今までにないような工夫と考え方が少しでも広々とした空間を生みます。
実施設計が終盤に差し掛かってきたので、1/30模型をつくり、テクスチャなども表現し、最終確認をしています。構造は鉄骨造のラーメン構造とブレース構造を併用しております。
実施設計が終わると、本見積へと入っていきます。

It is during an enforcement design of KMG_pj.
A frontage is a house built on only 4.3m, the heteromorphic narrow site of 13.2m in depth.
Because this plan is architecture to be built on the narrow site, I do a design minimizing the thickness of the wall and the details dimensions including the floor. Unprecedented invention and way of thinking produce even slightly extensive space.
Because an enforcement design approached the end game, I make 1/30 model and express the tex tea and confirm it for the last time. The structure uses brace structure together with the bent of the steel-frame building.
When an enforcement design is over, I begin this estimate.
