It's a Nendoroid of Yuki from the theatrical version of Haruhi, "The Disappearance of Suzumiya Haruhi!" If you compare her to the first Nagato Nendoroid you'll be amazed at how much the sculpting and coloring has improved!

Not only are there extra expressions, she also has a replaceable torso and glasses! Whenever I get an extra torso or legs I really feel like I've got a lot to play with. ^^

As you can see she is wearing the duffel coat from the movie! Even the details on the back are magnificent! Her scarf is also blowing in the wind giving a nice dynamic feeling to the figure as well.
Plus you can remove it!
It's getting pretty cold now, so you might want to let some of your other Nendos wear it.

The wrists can also be rotated, so you can pose her arms in all sorts of different ways!
