I can't believe next week is already November!

It's hard to believe there are really 365 days in a year when it passes this quickly! It won't be long till the Christmas season is past and we're already in a whole new year!

It's been awhile, but now it's time for...

Kuroyagi-san's Letter Corner!

As always, thanks to everyone who sent in letters!
I've read through everyone's opinions on products, and enjoyed everyone's photos!
For those who did send in a letter, here are some general responses!

(゚д゚) - With regard to letters asking about changes to products, they are quite hard for me to reply to... but I do pass the info onto the design team!

(゚д゚) - If there is a problem with your product, please email the Good Smile Support Team at support@goodsmile.jp

(゚д゚) - If you want to let me know something without me talking about it on the blog, just let me know in the mail and I'll be happy to keep it quiet!

Alright, let's start reading some letters! (・∀・)ノ

Just something I was wondering... Nendoroid's are Good Smile's products, right? Then how exactly is Phat Company related to GSC? (^▽^;)

   - N

Phat Company is a completely different company!
Nendoroids have an 'open architecture', so we're happy to let other companies release Nendoroid figures! Even Max Factory is releasing their own Nendoroids now!

I want to see Black Gold Saw joining the 1/8th scale Black Rock Shooter figures! A Nendoroid and figma would be nice too!

  - Usako

You're in luck!
figma Black Gold Saw is now open for pre-orders, and a 1/8th scale version is in the making!

You don't seem to do that many figma reviews.... how come? (´;ω;`)
I wanted to see a review of King Kazuma by you!

  - Mirumiru

Generally speaking, figma reviews are done at the figma blog by Kaneko!
I just borrow the master figmas sometimes when I don't have anything to write about. I'm sorry I don't do them as often!

Hi there! I am Romanian, and allow my poor Japanese. I want to know when more information will be given about Phat Company's Nendoroid of Lynette Bishop.
Thank you!

  - Marco

A letter from overseas! Wow!!
Now that the English version of the blog is up, I hope that even more people will enjoy the world of figures with us!

And regarding Nendoroid Lynette Bishop....
She's coming SOON!

I read and enjoy your blog every day, and I've recently started reading the English Version as well. It's great for learning English, and I often pick up on how to say certain things! It's also really fun to see things like "SO CUTE!!!" written in big letters, or seeing English written along with Yaruo ASCII images.

How many people are reading the English Version of the blog?

  - Hoshidango

Another letter relating to the English Version!
I'm not certain on the exact number of people reading it, but I don't think it's very many! ^^;

But I don't want to give up just yet, I'm thinking of moving the English version away from ameblo and onto a different site. I'm turning the question around to my readers now,, but are there any foreign sites similar to ameblo? If anybody knows of a good one, please let me know!

A few days ago, I saw the K-ON Nendoroid Plus Charms on the Nendoroid site, but I saw they were going to be event-only goods. They look really adorable, so I hope they'll be sold normally as well. (・ω・)

   - Anon

There are no plans for general sales at the moment...
But they are for sale on the TBS site! (Sold as a set of 5)

http://ishop.tbs.co.jp/tbs/org/anime/k_on/pickup/-/ps_id/1452898/s_cd/0001/c_cd/26871

You can pick them up from there if you'd like!

I'm always following your blog! It's a really fun read!

Nendoroid Date Masamune is a lot cuter than I had imagined he'd be! But even though he is so cute he still seems to be in character even as a Nendoroid, I can't wait to get hold of him! I also look forward to an announcement of his rival, Sanada Yukimura!

  - Chiyo

Nendoroid Sanada Yukimura will still be awhile, but Phat company are working on him!
I hope you don't mind waiting a bit for him!

Nendoroid Date Masamune is way too cute!!
Can you let me know what other Nendoroid's will be able to wear his helmet?
For example, if I remove BRS's twin-tails will she be able to wear it?

  - Konasubiko

I don't have the master figure any more, so I'm afraid I can't answer you for sure! Sorry!
I know that it didn't fit on Miku or Saber, although I'm pretty sure that it would fit on BRS-chan if you removed her twin-tails.... I think it might be hard to fit on any characters with an hair that sticks up and isn't removable.

Yesterday I was browsing a mail order site when I saw Nendoroid Hermione and was so glad that I could check your blog for a quick review!

But I need to see inside the skirt!!!
Why didn't you let us see inside his skirt?!

Are you really going to make me imagine what it looks underneath his skirt all the way until Christmas?! I'm sure it's not too naughty to show on your blog, is it?! ^^;

   - Chisato

You'll never see it on this blog! ^^;
Haha, I'm sorry.
But now you'll be imagining it everyday until Christmas, that's priceless! :P

I've always noticed that on your blog's banner there is a Green Miku next to Snow Miku....? Did she ever go on sale? It's always been bothering me... If she didn't go on sale... will she ever go on sale?

   - Anon

That Miku was given to me by another reader!
We have no plans to put it on sale at the moment, but it really is a beautiful color... I love it!
Crypton, the creators of Miku have also seen and liked it!

A request from a Nendoroid collector!
Other than certain characters like that can stand on their own like Miku, Nendoroid's stands always seem to stand out too much in photos! Is there anyway you could sell stands that let the characters stand on their own feet, similar to the Hayate no Gotoku or K-ON Nendo stands? I'm sure only real Nendo lovers like myself will ever get them, but they'd be great to have!

   - Nire

Thanks for your input!
The stands are constantly being worked on by the design and production teams, and have really changed quite a lot over time. The K-ON stands are a good example of that, and even more recently we have found that the stand we are using with Nendoroid BRS with an arm to hold her up is quite popular. Unfortunately we are not marketing any separate stands at the moment, but we'll try and improve the stands more and more to give you less stress when taking your photos!

This week we saw the announcement of Saber Alter on your blog. I've already got both the previous Sabers, and I intend to get this one as well. They all seem very nicely made, and the sculpting is absolutely beautiful. I'm also looking forward to the upcoming Rin figure, and I hope Kawapon considers making a Dark Sakura!
Will you ask if him if he will for me?

  - Nekokusa

Thank you!
I also really love the Saber Alter figure! That beautiful pose is quite the sight...
I asked Kawapon and he said that if he ever does make one he promises a really nice figure! ^^

I'm about to start finding employment, and I have some questions about working at my dream job at GSC! A question regarding when you first started working at GSC... did you like figures before you started working there?

   - Ichien

I absolutely loved them!!

I found out about GSC around the time they released the FSN trading figures, which had such amazing quality I was really amazed. (I specifically remember being really impressed with Ilya's coat...)
While I was at the interview for the job I remember thinking "these guys are the ones that made those incredible figures.... I might never get another chance to meet them...." so I really gave it all I had to get the job! ^^

I've sent this mail with regard to Nendoroid Ciel and Sebastian. I do like the details and painting done on the figures, but as a fan of the original manga I thought the choice of expressions and extra parts was a little lacking. I get the feeling that you guys didn't really look much into the original work before you made the expressions and extra parts. I really am a big fan of GSC's figures, I just hope that you'd pay more attention to what the fans of the series want.

   - Anon

I'm sorry we didn't get what you were looking for. I think that with regards to what our female fans want we still have quite a lot to learn, but we'll be sure to put more attention to it from now! Thank you for sharing your thoughts.

Hello, Mika-tan!
I'm a 22 year-old girl that got into figures thanks to the Haruhi Nendo Petites! (>ω<*) I read your blog everyday! Even if I'm at work I can't wait until your blog updates each day so I can go and enjoy it!

The Flandre-chan on your blog today was absolutely adorable!!! The clear parts that make up her rainbow wings are too beautiful to describe!!! I can't wait until I can display her together with Remilia!

From Touhou to Fate and even Miku.... I work in reverse to the normal person - I'll buy the figure because it's cute and then work my way back to where they came from! It doesn't matter whether or not you know where the character comes from because they are so cute anyway! I really love the Nendoroid series! They also suit girls quite well because they are so adorable.

When I found out you were also a girl I was really happy! You and Good Smile Company let me find out that girls can love figures just as much as guys. (and I also tend to use Yaruo all the time thanks to you as well....)

   - Gugu

Those words alone are enough to keep me going!
Thank you so much!

And that brings us to the end of Kuroyagi-san's Letter Corner!
All the beautiful images sent in will come next week!
Thanks again to everyone who sent in letters!
