Japanese traditional food/seasonings is what we cook/use,and Natural Remedy Treatment is what we do(自然食・療法)。

There are so many seasonal food that we can only get the season(spring,summer,fall,winter).Now that it is spring so it feels like there are more of them than other seasons.


Those of them that we can in spring taste like they are bitter taste but the bitter taste is good for our body that were sleeping as the winter weather made our body that way,so bitter taste food detox our body(that`s what it said in Japan).


Some of those food is not easy to get unless we live in a countryside where people can find them easy,however there are still the way to buy for us who live in a city......yes at stores or small vegetable shops.


桜(さくら Sakura =Cherry blossoms) starts falling the pink flowers little by little now and turning greenery and at the same time,Field mustard(菜の花 はのはな Nanohana http://image.search.yahoo.co.jp/search?rkf=2&ei=UTF-8&p=%E8%8F%9C%E3%81%AE%E8%8A%B1#mode%3Ddetail%26index%3D1%26st%3D0 ) is not going to be seen at stores soon.


How we eat is ........We think the best time is when they are still state of bud,which is the time field mustart is selling started at stores.

PS Cooking with our traditional seasonings like お醤油(おしょうゆ O shouyu = Soy sauce),make the food tasty as long as it`s real one.There are a lot of them are not real selling at regular stores in Japan.


If it says` alcohol' in it,then you might want to stop using the お醤油(おしょうゆ O shouyu = Soy sauce),especially you are the one who care what`s in it or what`s are used.


Real お醤油(おしょうゆ O shouyu = Soy sauce) takes a year(at least)process and it doesn`t have alcohol in it.the ones that are alcohol used takes only3-4 months process.


Real お醤油(おしょうゆ O shouyu = Soy sauce) is medicine as they are fermented food.


Cheap お醤油(おしょうゆ O shouyu = Soy sauce) ,deffated soybean( processing) are used.


Real お醤油(おしょうゆ O shouyu = Soy sauce) is expensive but it`s worth to buy it.


PS2 Those of you who have had the Japanese food that I have been cooked/cooking ,all of the Japanese seasonings were/are safe(real) ones,even the time when you guys were in elementary school(^-^).ありがとう(Arigatou)so much for eating them,appreciating every time now and then.
