安田純平氏・安否情報
安田純平さんの生存は、
CTSS Japan（株）という防災・危機管理会社によって、
確認されているようです。
しかし、外務省は、この会社に生存確認だけ取って、
あとは放置しており、
CTSS Japanは、外務省が安田さんを救うつもりがないと判断したようです。
安田氏の家族・友人・同僚などが運営している
journalist council（ジャーナリスト協議会）のサイトでは、

・・と言っています。

MoFA has been playing games with security companies that could seriously harm the chances of Yasuda-sans release.
外務省は、セキュリティ会社を使って遊んでいて、これによって、安田氏の解放のチャンスを本当に害する可能性がある。
MoFA asked 2 separate companies for information on Yasuda, without informing them of the other. Had both succeeded in making contact with the kidnappers this would have been disastrous.
外務省は、それぞれには言わずに、2つの会社に、安田氏の情報を求めた。もし、どちらの会社もが誘拐者に接触を取れていたならば、このことが悲惨な状況をまねいていただろう。
Thankfully only a Japan based security company has succeeded in establishing communication with the kidnappers.
ありがたいことに、日本のセキュリティ会社が、誘拐者とコミュニケーションを取ることに成功している。
While the other company (rumored to be Control Risk or Aegis) failed to make progress in its research.
一方で、他の会社 (Control Risk か Aegisと噂されている)は 、リサーチに失敗している。
This again seems to show MoFA is both inept and inexperienced.
このことは、外務省が、能力と経験を有していないことを示しているようだ。

CTSS Japan hires experienced professional to advise MOFA
CTSSジャパンは、外務省に助言するために、経験豊富なプロを雇っている。
CTSS Japan hired a Mr. Yamazaki, whom used to be Control Risk President, Mr. Yamazaki has been helping advising MOFA
CTSS Japanは、以前Control Risk PresidentであったMr. Yamazakiを雇った。
Mr. Yamazakiは外務省のサポートをしている。

So MOFA request Proof of Life but then refuse to deal with it, once it is offered/possessed – this told to us by person working at MOFA
外務省は生存の証明を要求してきたが、確認がとれたところで、対応を拒否している。外務省で働く人物による情報である。
CTSS Japan has the Proof of Life and is negotiating, but now MOFA refusing to meet with CTSS Japan
CTSS Japanは、生存の証拠を握っており、交渉中だが、
外務省はCTSS Japanと会うことを拒否している。
This proves MOFA has no interest in saving Mr. Yasuda, they request then deny and do nothing
以上により、外務省はMr. Yasudaを救助するつもりがないといえる。いったんリクエストしたものの、拒否し、何の対応もとっていない。
