Yes, this is a great beer to age and we recommend you buy an extra bottle so you can age this beer. Complex ales age well, their flavors become more balanced and their more subtle flavors become more distinguished. We decided to age this beer in both 12 oz and magnum size bottles since we’ve heard that they age differently. We have two magnums of Christmas ale, one to drink next year and one to drink in two years. We will also age the smaller bottles of this beer so we can compare the flavor from these two bottle sizes after aging. We are already very excited about next Christmas just thinking about how this great Christmas beer will be greater! | このビールはエイジング向きで、その年に楽しむ用とエイジング用に複数本買うことをお勧めします。 複雑な味のエールはエイジングに適していて、味のバランスが良くなり、弱かった風味は強調されます。 因みに、12ozのボトルとマグナムサイズのボトルでは熟成に違いが出ると聞いたので、両方ともエイジングさせる事にしました。 マグナムサイズを来年と再来年用に2本入手して、小さいボトルの方も味が比較できるよう数本準備しました。 この素敵なクリスマス・ビールが更に美味しくなるかと思うと、来年のクリスマスが待ち遠しいですね！ |
