従来のパウダー(粉)やリキッド(液体)型ではなく、新発想の数ミクロンのカラーフィルム層を肌に直接”貼るファンデーション"方式を採用する事にしました。
実際にアザ・シミ・手術痕・傷痕・タトゥなどの悩みを持つ方の多くが、「絆創膏やテープなどを使用して一時的にカバーしている」との調査報告から、従来のパウダーやリキッド型ではなく、皮膚に直接印刷するという発想を得た私たちは、転写プリントの”貼るファンデーション”方式を採用することに。試作を重ね、遂に数ミクロンの薄膜でありながらカバー力・耐水性・耐擦過性に優れた性能を持つフィルムの実用化に成功しました。
Instead of conventional powder or liquid, we decided on the new concept of a "foundation stick" that applies a color film several microns thick directly to the skin.
A survey found that most people with actual concerning skin problems such as bruises, stains, surgery marks, scars, and tattoos were actually covering the problems temporarily with band-aids or tape. From this we got the idea to print directly on skin instead of using conventional powders or liquids, and we adopted a transfer print approach to applying foundation. After successive prototyping, we eventually achieved superior performance in covering power, water resistance, and scratch resistance with a practical, useful thin film that is just a few microns thick.
