Hello, Everybody!

My name is Mari.
I'm working for a bagel shop in a small town in Japan
while enjoying baking my favorite bagels.

Although I've been a licenced cook for several years,
I always try to bake the best bagels while searching for better ingredients.

I hope that my bagels will become a favorite for many people.
My bagels are really good for sandwiches, and also serve you adequately as side dish.
