Seeking Bilingual (J/E) Tax Senior Staff Accountant (OPT accepted)
Shifts: Monday-Friday with occasional ½ days on Saturday
Location: Honolulu Downtown
Duties:
- Record transactions in firm accounting software from client documents
- Prepare and record journal entries
- Reconcile financial statement accounts
- Prepare financial statements
- Research and create additional business metrics for inclusion in supplementary information
- Prepare individual, partnership, corporation, trust and estate tax returns
- Assist principals in researching tax matters related to the foregoing entities
Minimum Requirements:
- Bilingual (Japanese/English speaking)
- 4-year accounting degree or MACC at an accredited university
- Knowledge of Quickbooks / Sage 100 / CCH Prosystem Tax / CCH
- 10-key
- Proficient in Excel / Word / Outlook
- 1-2 years’ experience with a CPA firm
