・鶏と茄子の梅煮
・とうもろこし トマト
・なめこ、おくら、わかめの味噌汁
・15穀米
-Boiled chicken, eggplant and umeboshi
-Corn, tomato
-Nameko mushroom, okra and seaweed miso soup
-Rice
・鶏と茄子の梅煮
鶏もも肉を一口大に切り、塩胡椒と片栗粉適量をまぶす。
茄子2個をへたを落として乱切りにし、水にさらす。
鍋に油大匙１を熱し、中火で鶏肉を焼き付ける。
中まで火を通さずに周りだけカリッとさせればOK。
梅干大2個を種を除いてちぎって加え、ナスも加える。
水200cc、顆粒かつおだし小匙１、醤油・さけ・みりん各大匙２、砂糖大匙１を加えて
沸騰したら灰汁を取りつつ弱火で蓋をして約10分。
かき混ぜると鶏の衣が取れるのであまり動かさないように。
我が家ははちみつ梅干しで作りましたが、息子ふつーに食べられましたわ。

Cut 1 pc of chicken leg into bite sizes, and sprinkle salt and pepper, and
dredge it with a moderate amount of starch.
Hull 2 pcs of eggplant and cut it coarsely.
Soak it into water.
Heat 1 tbs of oil into a pot and saute the chicken.
You don't have to heat it inside.
When the chicken surface becomes crispy, add 2 pcs of umeboshi with its seeds
removed and cut them into a small size.
Add the eggplant.
Add 200cc of water, 1 tsp of powdered bonito soup, 2 tbs of soysauce, sake,
and mirin, 1 tbs of sugar.
When it comes to a boil, remove the scum and close the lid, and boil for about
10 minutes.
Do not mix it a lot because the coating of chicken will be removed.
I used honey umeboshi this time, and my son could eat it well.
(Regular umeboshi is very sour.)

私は今までこのブログに政治的話題を持ち出した事はありません。
そんなことは公言する立場ではないと思っているし。
ただ、今回だけは言わせていただきたいと思います。
私は、息子を心から愛しているし、息子に何かあれば命に代えてでも守らねばならないと思っています。
そんな息子が、将来、戦争に行かなければならない可能性がほんの少しでもあるのであれば、私は今回政府の決定に、断固として反対いたします。
たとえどんな利点があろうとも、です。
皆様はどう思われますか。
I've never blogged about political topics so far.
I've thought I'm not such a person who can talk about politics easily.
However, let me blog it only this time.
I love my son so much, and if something happens to him, I have to save him
with my life if necessary.
If there is only a little possibility he has to go to war in the future, I
doggedly refuse against the Japanse goverment's decision.
Even though it has advantages.
