・豚の生姜焼き
・中華風炒り豆腐
・味噌汁

-Ginger pork
-Chinese-style sauteed tofu
-Miso soup
-Rice
・豚の生姜焼き
生姜焼肉5枚を、みりん・砂糖・醤油・酒各大匙１、ニンニクチューブと生姜チューブ
を2㎝程度と混ぜて、少し置く。
フライパンに小匙1/2程度油を熱し、肉を焼く。
色は薄いですけどうまし！
ニンニクを入れたんでもはや生姜焼きなのかどうか怪しいですがね。
-Ginger pork
Mix 5 pcs of sliced meat for ginger pork with 1 tbs of Mirin, sugar, soysauce
and sake, 1 tsp of grated ginger and garlic.
Marinate in more than 5 minutes.
Heat 1/2 tsp of oil in a pan, and saute the pork.
Tasty!
I think this is not called "ginger pork" because I added garlic.
・中華風炒り豆腐
これおすすめ！！
大量にあった大根の葉を入れてみました。
人参1/3本を2㎝幅の千切りに。
大根の葉3本はみじん切り。
ごま油大匙１をフライパンに熱し、鶏ひき肉100gを炒める。
人参、大根の葉を加えて炒め、豆腐1/2丁も加える。
豆腐がぽろぽろになったら、水100cc、塩小匙1/3、オイスターソース小匙１、鶏がらス
ープ小匙1/2を加え、中火で煮詰める。
水気が少なくなったら卵1個を加えて炒める。

My recommendation!!
I used daikon radish leaves which I had a lot.
Julienne 1/3 of carrots into 2cm.
Chop 3 pcs of daikon radish leaves finely.
Heat 1 tbs of sesame oil in a pan and saute 100g of ground chicken.
Add carrot and leaves of daikon radish, and 1/2 pc of tofu.
When the tofu was sauteed enough, add 100cc of water, 1/3 tsp of salt, 1 tsp
of oyster sauce, 1/2 tsp of powdered chicken soup.
Simmer it at medium heat.
When it dries up a bit, add 1 pc of egg and saute.

昨日子供の日の兜を出しました。
うちのは旦那が子供の時のをそのまま頂いたので、大変助かりましたわ。
で、かぶせてみた。
・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・めっちゃ不満げ。笑
まぁ重いんでしょうな。
（家紋付け忘れた！）
去年は恐ろしくて飾れなかったけど、今年はちょっかい出すことなく飾れたんでよかった。
子供の日あたりにもっとちゃんと一緒に撮ろうー。
しかし、私は姉妹で育ったんで、子供の日に何をお祝いしたらいいんかわからんのです…

Yesterday I prepared Kabuto - samurai warrior helmet for Children's Day.
This helmet is really expensive, but it is my hubby used when he was a child.
So it helps us so much.
And we put it on our son's head.
He doesn't look too happy! LOL
I think it's too heavy for him.
I forgot to put the emblem on it!
Last year he was much younger, and I couldn't prepare the helmet.
However this year he has matured a bit and he didn't touch the helmet even it's
on a desk.
I will take more pictures on that day.
Anyway, I grew up with my sister, so I don't know what I should do on the day.
(Japanese Children's Day is for boys. Girls Day is on March 3rd.)
What should I eat?
Kashiwa mochi?(Rice cake)
Chirashi zushi (scattered sushi) is only for Girl's Day I think...
