・手羽先の唐揚げ 甘辛だれ漬け
手羽先六本に塩コショウ適量をまぶし、片栗粉をまぶす。
フライパンに揚げ油を熱し、160度で片面3分ずつ揚げる。
200度に上げてカリッとさせたら取り出す。
フライパンを綺麗にし、醤油、砂糖、みりん 各大匙2、酒大匙1を入れて火にかけ、手羽先を戻し入れてタレによく絡める。
皿に盛り、白ごまを散らす。

旦那にも大好評だし、こりゃ六本じゃたりんね、という結論に。

Sprinkle salt and pepper on 6pcs of chicken wings.
Dredge it with starch.
Heat oil in a pan at 160degrees, and fry the chicken each side about 4minutes.
Heat the pan at 200degrees, and make the chicken crispy.
Clean the pan and add 2tbs of soysauce, sugar, mirin, 1tbs of sake together.
Heat the pan, add the chicken, and mix it with sauce.
Serve it on a dish and sprinkle white sesame seeds.

マヨは使ってまへん。
マカロニ75gを表示通りに茹で、水を切ったらボールに入れ、オリーブオイル大匙1を和える。
いちょう切りにしたキュウリ1／2本分とミックスビーンズ一袋、ツナ缶一缶を油を切って和える。
醤油大匙1、酢大匙1/2、クレイジーソルトと黒コショウ適量で調味する。
マヨなしでも美味しく頂けました～
-Macaroni salad
Boil 75g of macaroni following as a recipe on the package.
Drain and mix it with 1tbs of olive oil in a bowl.
Slice 1/2pc of cucumber into small sizes, and mix it in the bowl.
Add 1pack of mixed beans and a can of drained tuna.
Add 1tbs of soysauce, 1/2 tbs of vinegar.
Sprinkle Krazy Salt and black pepper according to your taste.
It was tasty even without mayo.

I bought a flower set for a new year at my favorite florist.
They decorated beautiful flowers on the dish which I bought last year.
Althought it's only a small one, it can make our house be more ready for New Year.
Wait, I haven't cleaned my house yet!!
Fortunately, I have no plan until 31st, so my hubby and I will clean our house together...
