・もやし入りシソつくね
・リンゴとさつまいもの甘煮
・もやし、玉ねぎとわかめの味噌汁
・ご飯
・キムチ
-Bean sprout and Japanese basil hamburg steak
-Boiled sweet potato and apple
-Enoki mushroom, green onion and seaweed miso soup
-Rice
-Kimchi
・もやし入りシソつくね（5個分）
もやし1/4袋をみじん切りにする。
シソ8枚とネギ10cm、生姜一かけもみじん切りにする。
ボールにもやし、シソ、ネギ、生姜、豚ひき肉200ｇ、卵一個、片栗粉大匙１、醤油小匙
１、酒小匙１を入れ、よく練る。
5等分にし、楕円形に成型したら、フライパンに油小匙1/2を熱してつくねを中まで火が
とおるまで焼く。
余分な油をふき取り、砂糖・醤油・みりん・酒 各大匙１を加えてつくねと絡める。
おいしーでっす。
もやしはあってもなくても。
たまたまあったんでね。
息子は絶対好きな味だと思ったんだけどあんまり進まず。
シソのせいかなあ？
-Bean sprout and Japanese basil hamburg steak
Chop 1/4 pack of bean sprout.
Chop 8 pcs of Japanese basil, 10cm of green onion, 1 pc of ginger, too.
Mix the bean sprout, Japanese basil, green onion, ginger, 200g of ground pork,
1 pc of egg, 1 tbs of starch, 1 tsp of soy sauce and sake in a bowl well.
Divide it into 5, and make oval.
Heat 1/2 tsp of oil in a pan, and saute the hamburg steak until it's cooked
well.
Remove excess oil from the burger, and add 1 tbs of sugar, soy sauce, sake and
mirin.
Mix the sauce with the hamburg steaks.
Yummy-!
The bean sprout is not nessesary.
I just had it in this time.
I thought my son would like it, but he didn't.
Was that because of Japanese basil?

りんご中1個とさつまいも中1本の皮を剥き一口大に切る。
鍋に入れ、半分浸かるくらいの水をいれ、砂糖大匙２を加えて煮る。
具材が柔らかくなったらバター小匙１を加えて軽く混ぜ、水分が飛ぶまで煮詰める。
レーズンあれば入れてください。
あったほうが好き～ 今回ないけど。
あとシナモンかけてもいいかも。
息子には大好評。

-Boiled sweet potato and apple
Peel 1 pc of medium-sized apple and sweet potato, and cut them into bite sizes.
Put it in a pot and pour water until half height of apple and potato.
Add 2 tbs of sugar and bring to boil.
When the apple and sweet potato become soft, stir in butter lightly.
Continue boiling until it becomes dry.
If you have raisin, it would be better to mix it in.
And sprinkle small amount of cinnamon powder, that will be much better.
My son really liked it.
Yes I knew that because it was really sweet....

Our Christmas tree was set up in our room, and today I lighted it up.
I couldn't decorate the tree last year because my son would break it, but this
year he became bigger so I decorate it.
My son was very interested in it, and I clapped his hands when I lighted it up.
Even he doesn't look happy in this picture ! LOL
