・舞茸のバター醤油炒め
フライパンにバター一かけ熱し、ほぐした舞茸1パック分を炒め、しんなりしたら醤油を小匙1程度、塩胡椒で調味して出来上がりー。
サラダはイマイチだったので、うまくできたらアップします。
色の悪さ半端ない。
-Sauteed maitake mushroom with butter and soy sauce
Heat 1 tsp of butter and heat 1 pack of maitake crumbed mushroom.
When it becomes soft, mix 1 tsp of soy sauce and salt and pepper according to your taste.
I will update the balsamic salad recipe when I can make it better.
The color is really bad.

昨日はママ友さんたちと大東ガスのお料理教室へ行ってきました～
300円で豆腐のチーズバーを作らせてくれました。
破格！！
私お料理教室へ行くのが初めてでして。
とっても新鮮でした。
キッズスペースもあるから早々に飽きた子供たちはそこで遊び始めたし。
うちの子は途中まで寝ててくれたから助かった～
仲良しママさんたちとおしゃべりしながら、すべて揃えてある材料を混ぜていくだけっていう。
楽しくないわけがない！
いいね～これ。
まだ来月もいろんなお菓子スケジュールあるし、ママ友さんたちと再訪を誓ったのでした。笑
おまけ。
すっかりクリスマスカラーの街で、飾りに引寄せられた息子。
Yesterday my mother friends and I went to a cooking class.
We made tofu and cheese cake and the lesson fee was just 300 yen!
What a cheap fee!
This was my first time to go to a cooking lesson, so it was a very new experience for me.
There was also kids' space, so when our kids got bored of cooking, they started to play there.
My son slept a long time, so it helped me.
We just mixed ingredients which were already scaled by the staff, and talked so much.
It can't be more fun!
We promised to visit there next month for cooking another sweets.
