2013/10/27 Special Lunch!!
昨日は我が家で高校時代のお友達を招いてハロウィンパーティー！
ハロウィンに便乗してみたのは初めてですが、気持ち仮装をして、部屋も飾り付けて、お
皿やコップもハロウィン仕様にして！
楽しかった～！
毎度おなじみ持ち寄りです。
いくつかご紹介～
Yesterday, my high school friends visited me, and we had a Halloween party!! This was my first time to celebrate Halloween.
We decorated the room, and wore costumes like a real Halloween.
We also used special Halloween dishes or cups!
It was so fun!
And each of us made separate dishes.
私が作ったのはから揚げ、大好評でよかった！
鶏もも肉2枚を適当に切って、醤油大匙２、酒とオイスターソース各大匙１、鶏がらスー
プ小匙１、おろしにんにくとおろしショウガ各小匙１位、塩胡椒少々を全て袋に入れてよ
くもみ込んで冷蔵庫で一晩。
多分半日でもOK。
片栗粉適量をまぶし、160度の揚げ油で片面3分ずつ。
一度取りだし200度に上げて、最後カラッと揚げたら終わり。
中身やわらか～お外カラッとジューシー唐揚げ出来上がり！
配合は結構適当なんで、少し多めでも大丈夫だと思います。
I made fried chicken, and it was much-loved!!
Cut 2 pcs of chicken legs into bite-sized.
Mix it with 2 tbs of soy sauce, 1 tbs of sake and oyster sauce, 1 tsp of chicken soup, 1 tsp of grated garlic and ginger, sprinkle a bit of salt and pepper well in a plastic bag.
Leave it in a fridge over night.
I think it's ok to leave it about a half day.
Dredge it with starch and fry in oil at 160 degrees about 3 minutes on each side.
Remove from oil, and turn the heat at 200 degrees.
Fry the chicken again until it becomes crispy.
It was so juicy and tasty!!
The amount of ingredients is not actually accurate. Sorry!
あとミートソースを作ってホワイトソースを乗っけたグラタンと～
And I also made meat sauce gratin.
同じミートソースの上にマッシュポテト乗せたものと～
I used the same meat sauce with mashed potato.
いつも作ってる春雨サラダ。

And I also prepared cellophane noodle salad.

気付いたらお外真っ暗。笑
いつまでたっても変わらない関係ってすばらしい！
今回これなかった友達また集めて、クリスマス会もやろうってことになったので、まだまだイベント盛りだくさん！

ちなみに、明日はママ友と第二回ハロウィンパーティーです★ 笑
We ate so much and talked and talked and talked, and took care of the children. And we realized it was already dark outside!
What a great relationship!
We've never changed since we were high school students.
We already planned to have a Christmas party, so it excites me!
Well, and I have another Halloween party with my mothers friends tomorrow!! LOL
