・エビワンタンスープ（30個分）
焼売を作ろう！と思って帰宅したら間違えてワンタンの皮買ってきたっていう。
せっかくなのでそのまま作ってみました。
大好評でした！
寒い日におすすめー！
むきエビ5尾をみじん切りにする。
ネギ5㎝分もみじん切りにする。
ボールに豚ひき肉60g、エビ、ネギ、生姜チューブ2㎝、醤油・酒・ごま油各小匙１、塩胡
椒を入れて練る。
ティースプーン程度の具を皮に乗せて包む。
えのき1/2袋を根元を切って横に三等分する。
ネギ3㎝×3個分を千切りにする。
鍋に水800cc、醤油・鶏がらスープ各大匙１、えのき、ネギを入れて火にかけ、沸騰した
らワンタンを入れる。
再度沸騰したら蓋をして弱火で4-5分煮たら出来上がり！

なんでかしらんが、餃子の皮系の物をあんまり食べん。
具の部分だけでもあげました。

I supposed to make shumai for dinner, but I mistook and bought a wonton wrapper. So I made wonton soup, and my hubby really liked it!
I recommend this recipe especially during cold days!
Chop 5 pcs of tailless and shell-less shrimp.
Chop 5cm of green onion.
Put 60g of ground pork and shrimp, the green onion, 1 tsp of grated ginger, 1 tsp of soy sauce, sake, and sesame oil, a bit of salt, and pepper into a bowl.
Mix them well.
Make wonton with 1 tsp of the mixed ingredients and wonton wrapper.
Cut bottom of 1/2 pack of enoki mushroom, and cut it into 3.
Make 3cm of green onion and treble it, and cut them into strips.
Heat 800cc of water, 1 tbs of soy sauce and chicken soup, the enoki mushroom and green onion in a pot.
When it comes to a boil, put the wonton.
Close the lid and when it boils again, turn the heat low and boil about 4-5
minutes.

I don't know why he doesn't like wonton wraps or jiao-zi.
He only ate the other ingredients.

I like this taste.
My son finally ate cucumbers which he didn't like before.
The cucumber was one of the ingredients of this salad.

最近の困り事。その２。
朝の忙しい時間や夕食準備の時間。
我が家では息子にEテレを見せてたわけですよ。
朝夕各1時間くらい。
その間にすべて済ませて終わればテレビ消して一緒に遊ぶようにしてるんですけどね。
最近Eテレが効かない！！！
テレビついてるのにまとわりついてきて遊べー!!ってなるし。
なので某しまじろうさん（笑）から届いたDMの中に体験DVDがあったので、それを見せたら食いついた！
もしくは録画してあったトーマスを同じもの繰り返してみせるとか！
でも昨日はそれでもだめで、「ぶーぶー！！ぶーぶーーー！！（車のこと）」を見せろと延々泣き始めた。
車の出ているビデオ録画してないし、ずっと泣いてるからNexus（ipadみたいなの）でYoutubeを好きなように見せるはめに…
もちろん家事が終わったらもうおしまい！ってしたのだけど、嫌じゃー!ってしばらく泣かれ…
あぁ… 現代っ子になってしまった…（Ｔ＿Ｔ）
パソコンやスマホでもYoutube見れること知ってるから旦那のスマホ奪っては見せろと要求し。
デスクトップの画面がタッチパネルと思ってるのか、めっちゃたたくし。
（ちなみに私のスマホでは見れないことにしているから要求してこない。笑）
できるだけそういう環境から遠ざけたかったのに、あかんなぁ。
寒くなってきたけどやっぱりできるだけお外に連れ出そう。
ゲームだけはまだ絶対させんぞー！！
My recent problem part 2.
I showed my son the educational TV program while I do household.
About an hour of every morning and afternoon.
I do everything what I want and have to do during that time, and when I'm done I turn off the TV and play with my son.
However, recently it doesn't work for him!
Even the TV is on, he comes to me and wants me to play with him!!
So I decided to show him DVD or Thomas, which I recorded before, and those became his favorite.
But yesterday, it also didn't work!
He said "boo! boo!" which means "car" repeatedly, and he wanted me to show him car videos!
I didn't record any car videos, and at the end I had to show him car movie on Youtube on Nexus (it's like iPad).
Of course I stop it after doing household, but he cried and wanted me to show it more!
OMG, he becomes a contemporary child.
He knows he can watch Youtube on PC or smartphone, so he grabs his daddy's smart phone and asks him to show Youtube.
And I think he thinks desktop PC is like Nexus, so he touches the monitor screen many times.
(He doesn't ask me because I taught him my smartphone can't show Youtube. It's not true though. LOL)
I wanted him to be away from PC or TV though, now he has known many attractive tools.
Well, I have to take him outside as much as possible even though it's cold outside.
I don't give him TV or PC games yet!
