2013/9/6 Dinner
・焼き鳥丼
・きのこの焼き浸し
・玉ねぎ、わかめ、ほうれん草の味噌汁
-Yakitori with rice
-Sauteed and soaked mushrooms
-Onion, seaweed, and spinach miso soup
・焼き鳥丼
鶏もも肉一枚を一口大に切る。
ネギ1/2本を2㎝幅に切る。
フライパンで油をひかずに鶏肉を焼き、色づいてきたら横でネギを焼く。
一旦取出し汚れをさっと拭き取って、醤油・砂糖・みりん各大匙２を入れて火にかけ、とろみがついたら鶏肉を戻し絡める。
丼にご飯をよそい、鶏肉とネギを乗せ、白ごま適量を振り掛け、海苔適量を乗せる。
マヨラーにはマヨネーズあった方が美味しいんでしょうが、実は私はマヨ苦手なので乗せてません。
*息子用*
具材を小さく刻んでご飯と混ぜて。
相変わらず大き目肉は食べないけどこのタレは大好きだからよく食べてました。
-Yakitori with rice
Cut 1 pc of chicken leg into bite-sized.
Cut 1/2 pc of green onion into 2cm wide.
Saute the chicken in a pan without oil, and when the color becomes golden brown, saute the green onion beside it.
Pick them from a pan, and remove the grime, and heat 2 tbs of soysauce, sugar, mirin until it thickens.
Mix the chicken in a pan.
Serve rice on a bowl, and put chicken on it.
Sprinkle white sesame seed, and put seaweed on it.
If you love mayo, pour it on the chicken.
I don't like it so I didn't add some.
*For my son*
Cut the ingredients into small-sized and mix with rice.
He likes this yakitori sauce so he ate a lot except the big-sized chicken.
・きのこの焼き浸し
椎茸6個を薄切りにする。
しめじ1/2パックは石づきをとり、ほぐす。
フライパンに油小匙1/2をねっし、きのこを炒める。
ボールにポン酢大匙２、ごま油大匙1/2を入れ混ぜる。
きのこがしんなりしたらボールに入れてよく和える。
皿に盛り、小ネギを散らす。
息子は食べてくれんかった。
-Sauteed-and-soaked mushrooms
Slice 6 pcs of shiitake mushroom.
Cut the bottom of 1/2 pack of shimeji mushroom, and divide it.
Heat 1/2 tsp of oil in a pan and saute mushroom until it becomes soft.
Mix 2 tbs of ponzu and 1/2 tbs of sesame oil in a bowl.
Mix the mushrooms in a bowl well.
Serve it on a dish and sprinkle green onion.
My son didn't eat at all.

東京でオリンピック開催が決定しましたね！
今まで全く興味なかったんですが、決定瞬間の映像見てちょっと感動。
そして七年後近くで世界的イベントが開催されることにわくわくしてしまった。
ミーハーです。
とはいえ、首相の発言はどうかと思ったけど、原発は問題ないって言ったからには徹底的に対処していただこう。うん。（何様ー！）
被災地の対応がどうか後回しになりませんように。
七年後なら息子は8歳。
何か一つでも実際見せてあげたいなぁ！
そのころにはどんなスポーツに興味を持っているだろう？
楽しみ！
Tokyo Olympic 2020 was decided today!
I was not interested in the Tokyo Olympic though, but I was impressed when I saw the news.
And I was excited to have the most famous international event will be close from my place.
But it is 7 years from now!
However, I couldn't believe what our prime minister said about the nuclear plants.
He must clean the biggest problem ASAP if he said there is no problem about it.
And I wish the affected area would not be ignored.
Seven years from now, my son will be 8 years old.
I want to show him a game! What kind of sport will he be interested in at that time?
I'm excited!
